poor service

i woudl ve been more sympathetic if i had been informed earlier. also, i couldn’t believe no one offered me a complimentary drink to ease my disappointment. i almost gave a good review, but it just couldn’t happen. never returning here again.

The Deluxe Apartment was super clean and comfortable for my little family! We loved chilling on the balcony, soaking in those epic sunset views. Plus, exploring nearby dining spots like Ono Kau Kau and Farmers Market brought us some amazing local flavors!

Perfect spot for families, with a stunning sunset view from the balcony that became our evening routine. Easy access to a lovely beach where the kids could safely play was a significant highlight. Communication with the property manager was seamless and attentive. However, the absence of nearby laundry facilities was an inconvenience, and the lack of air conditioning in shared spaces made mid-day uncomfortable. A little touch of homemade soups nearby would have added to the experience.
